Remote Testing
Distant and remote services are available. Just place a sample of your hair clippings (closest to roots neck area), 5 nail clippings or saliva on a cotton swab (inner cheek swab), seal it in a ziplock bag, label it with name, date of birth, gender, cell # & email, which matches your on-line remote service purchase, place it in the envelope and send to: Hold Your Horses Farm, Inc., 9250 Fox Hollow Road, Christiana, TN. 37037
When we receive your sample, we will call you and review your completed Client Intake Health & Wellness form and wellness services you are requesting for clarity. When your scans and testing are complete, a Wellness report will be sent to you via your email provided, and a follow up appointment scheduled to review your results with recommended health and wellness solutions will be provided along with quality health education and nurse coaching.
