When we receive your sample, we will call you and review your completed Client Intake Health & Wellness form and wellness services you are requesting for clarity. When your scans and testing are complete, a Wellness report will be sent to you via your email provided, and a follow up appointment scheduled to review your results with recommended health and wellness solutions will be provided along with quality health education and nurse coaching.
