PHASES
-
Phase 1 (Weeks 1–2): Understanding Stress & Identifying Stressors
-
Healing begins with awareness. Learn how chronic stress, trauma, and life experiences affect your nervous system, emotions, relationships, and physical health. Discover the hidden stressors keeping you stuck and begin building a foundation for lasting change.
-
-
Phase 2 (Weeks 3–4): Recognizing the Casualties & Costs
-
Trauma impacts more than memories—it influences how we think, feel, connect, and live. During this phase, you'll compassionately explore the personal & professional costs of unresolved stress and trauma while identifying patterns that no longer serve your well-being.
-
-
Phase 3 (Weeks 5–6): Acknowledgment, Acceptance & Self-Compassion
-
Dealing with the guilt & shame. True healing begins when we stop fighting our story. Through guided reflection and supportive practices, you'll learn to acknowledge your experiences, cultivate self-compassion, and create space for growth without judgment or shame.
-
-
Phase 4 (Weeks 7–8): Rest, Repair, Restore & Recover
-
With a stronger foundation in place, you'll begin actively restoring balance within the mind, body, and spirit. Through somatic practices, nervous system regulation, nature-based experiences, and holistic healing modalities, you'll learn how to replenish what stress and trauma have depleted.
-
-
Phase 5 (Weeks 9–10): Safety, Support, Sustainability & Success
-
Healing is not a destination—it's a lifestyle. In this final phase, you'll create a personalized wellness roadmap, strengthen healthy support systems, develop sustainable practices, and build confidence in your ability to thrive long after the program ends.
